asp is a tool to manage the build source files used to create Arch Linux packages.

asp 替代了 abs, 其提供了更多的 date sources, 使用一个 sparse checkout model 来维护 diskspace.

使用 asp

To clone the svntogit-repository for a specific package, use:

$ asp checkout pkgname

这会把一个 git repository for the given package 克隆到一个目录 named like the package.

去更新这个 git repository, 可以 asp update followed by git pull inside the git repository.

如果要 copy 一个快照 of the current PKGBUILD for 一个特指的 package, use:

$ asp export pkgname

直接使用 git

clone 一个特指的 branch:

$ git clone --branch branch/package --single-branch https://github.com/archlinux/svntogit-packages.git
